The Solana Eastside Community Group (SECG) is a Not-For-Profit Organization, established to serve interests of all residents of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Independent Residential Neighborhoods located on the east side of Interstate 5 (I-5) in the City of Solana Beach and the abutting portion in the City of San Diego, to operate as one cohesive community.
By exchanging information, sharing, evaluating, and addressing issues of common interest, SECG explores opportunities to improve quality of living in all areas including, but not limited to, maintaining, and improving property values and safety in our neighborhoods, to continually enhance the Community.
This mission is accomplished by identifying and sharing experiences of common interest through open communications, receiving, and disseminating information to our members and various governmental agencies, and presenting SECG’s positions to various elected officials engaged in the decision-making processes.
